1. Meetings

- The first meeting about internship will take place on THURSDAY NOVEMBER 16,2023 IN ROOM E22 AT 9.30. The second meeting with the companies offering internships will take place on TUESDAY NOVEMBER 21, 2023 IN ROOM E22 AT 10.30

2. Application

- Students enrolled in INTERNSHIPS should select the preferred proposals (maximum 3) between the above list of external and internal internships. Students have to indicate three preferences (in order) and the requirements they fulfil for each preference. Students must also provide a CV.

- Preferences and CV should be provided through the following form

- Deadline to submit preferences for first assignment: December 1st, 2023. All the demands submitted until December 1st will be given the same priority. Demands received after December 1st will be attended depending on the available internships.

3. Assignment

- The academic Committee will assign internships taking into account institution’s preferences and requirements. If several students were interested in the same internship, they may organize a selection process in collaboration with the firm. If applicable, there may be an interview with the internship tutor.

- Final assignment will be communicated on TO BE CONFIRMED (by December 2023).
