Once the students have successfully fulfilled the requirements of both degrees, as established in Annex 1, each institution or relevant authority will issue the corresponding award and a Diploma Supplement certifying the degree and the results obtained, in compliance with that institution's regulations. Under no circumstances will the cooperating university award the degree without the student having first obtained their degree from the university of origin via which they gained access to the programme
