To apply to COSI and Erasmus+ JMD scholarships, you must

Read carefully about COSI programme and make sure you are eligible to apply

Determine if you are from a Programme or Partner country and assess your financial ability in case you are not awarded a Erasmus+ JMD scholarship;

Recommendation to prepare the documents

Motivation must be documented by means of a motivation letter containing information about the applicant’s reason for applying, their interest in the programme, their ideas of applied research and their professional development plan. In addition:
State and argument your preferred choice of mobility for semester 2 and 3; Clearly declare that you’ve never benefited from an Erasmus Mundus Master Course grant; Indicate your references. Proof of nationality could be: scan of applicant passport (preferred) national ID and certified language translation Documented last 5 years residence history: Document where you explain your residency during the last 5 years Current residence certificate in accordance with your municipality normal registration rules AND a certificate from your place of work, study or training issued by the employer or institution in question. Both documents must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline. The place of residence should be verified on the basis of the provision of the documents listed in the PRADO website. Past residence certificate(s) (last five years only Bachelor’s diploma and transcripts: scan of original Bachelor diploma from university education in the original language, list of subjects taken and grades received from the university education in the original language, the Diploma Supplement if applicable, AND certified English translation of the diploma and transcripts of study results (if you haven’t completed your first degree yet, please send available transcripts) Recommendation letters should be ofacademic nature and contain contact details and title/position of referees. Documentation of English language proficiency: knowledge of English must be documented by one of the means mentioned below: A TOEFL-test with a minimum score of 90 points An IELTS-test with a minimum score of band 6.5 A Pearson’s language test with a score of at least 62 points A Cambridge Advance Language test Documentation that they meet the level B2 within the CEFR Potential additional relevant information within a PDF (research papers, projects portfolio, etc.).

How to finance your Master degree?
We implement an ambitious scholarship policy to allow all students with outstanding academic background to join our programmes. No specific / additional application process for scholarships mentioned in this page are requires from you beyond application to COSI and/or CIMET. If you apply to programme/s on time, your application will be automatically considered for all scholarships mentioned in this page.
Scholarships attribution is merit-based: same selection criteria, methods and decision-making for selection to the programme itself are applied to attribute scholarships, attribution is based on absolute selection outcome ranking of applicants. Learning performance during first year of the programme is used to grant scholarships during the second year of the programme. All scholarships are cumulative, expect E+EMJMD and Eiffel scholarship (holders of these scholarships cannot apply to additional scholarships).

Work placement during semester 4 is generally paid. It is for instance legally compulsory to pay trainees at least 550 € per month in France. We’ll strive to ensure that our industrial and academic partners provide at least this amount to trainees as a minimum. Most of our industrial partners offer internships that provide substantial allowances packages above this minimum, and up to 1,200 € per month COSI scholarships (apply before 10/03/2018)
