Welcome to the website of the Master's Degree in Psychology of Social Intervention

Psychology of Social Intervention is one of the fundamental academic and scientific fields of specialisation within the broader field of Psychology. Psychology is not only interested in addressing individual psychological problems, but also analysis and interventions aimed at resolving the social problems arising in each moment of history and culture: violence and armed conflict, prejudice and discrimination against marginalised groups and improvement of their quality of life, health promotion, reduction of social inequalities, drug addiction, traffic accidents, sexism and so on. This master’s degree aims to offer an extensive overview of the contributions made by psychology in the field of social intervention.
