Access and Admission
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for the Master in International Cybersecurity and Cyberintelligence, applicants must meet the following criteria:
(1) Educational Qualification
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (180 ECTS).
- Students regulated by the Bologna Framework who are in their final year of studies may apply by submitting a signed declaration, committing to provide the diploma before the registration deadline.
(2) Technology Competence
Applicants must demonstrate accredited technology competence by meeting one of the following criteria:
- A degree in an IT-related programme, such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Informatics, or Software Engineering.
- At least two years of professional experience in the IT field, documented through official records, contracts, or employer statements.
- Equivalence to three years of training in IT-related topics, demonstrated through certifications or academic coursework.
(3) English Language Proficiency
As the programme is fully taught in English, applicants must provide proof of English proficiency at a B2 level (CEFR) or higher, demonstrated by one of the following:
- A degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction.
- An official B2-level certificate or higher (IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent).
- A sworn declaration confirming native English speaker status.
Application Process
Step 1: Online Application
- Complete the official online application form via the Arqus Alliance portal:

- Proof of payment for application fee.
- Copy of passport or national ID.
- Official Bachelor’s degree diploma (verification and authentication are not required at the time of application but will be necessary before enrolment if issued by a non-EU country).
- Final academic transcript detailing completed coursework and grades.
- English language certificate (if applicable).
- Two letters of recommendation from academic or professional referees.
- Motivation letter explaining the applicant’s interest in the programme.
- CV (Curriculum Vitae).
- A document summarising previous projects or research related to cybersecurity (maximum three pages).
- Video CV summarising your profile and motivation.
- For non-IT graduates: Proof of IT competencies through certificates, coursework, or professional experience.
Step 2: Eligibility Review
- Applications are assessed based on academic qualifications, relevant IT skills, and motivation.
- Only candidates who submit all required documents within the application deadline will be considered.
Step 3: Selection and Interview
- Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an online interview to assess their IT knowledge, motivation, and communication skills.
Step 4: Admission Decision
- Successful applicants will receive an official admission letter and must confirm their acceptance within the given deadline.
- Information regarding enrolment, tuition fees, and semester schedules will be provided upon admission.
