On the fusion rules of semisimple Drinfeld doubles

We study the Grothendieck ring structure of Drinfeld doubles of semisimple Hopf algebras. Using Clifford type theory for Hopf algebras we give a new description for the irreducible modules over these Drinfeld doubles. A Mackey type theory applied to these modules enables us to get new information on the fusion rues of these Drinfeld doubles. Based on a joint work with Sonia Natale (J. Math.
