4. What requirements do I need to fulfill in order to apply to the Erasmus+ scholarship for Partner Countries (formerly Category A)?

PARTNER COUNTRY scholarships can be awarded to Partner Country students selected by the GEMMA Consortium who come from a country other than a Programme country and who are not residents nor have carried out their main activity (studies, training or work) in a Programme country for more than a total of 12 months over the last five years. Please see footnote 97 on page 116 of the new Erasmus+ Programme Guide available HERE . You can also find the current definitions of Partner countries on pages 21-23 of the new Erasmus+ Programme Guide available HERE .

Scholarship candidates must have already obtained a higher education degree and haven't benefited from an Erasmus Mundus scholarship previously.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to fulfill the criteria of eligibility for the scholarship, students must complete their entire GEMMA study programme in a country different than the one from which they have obtained their last university degree. For example, if your last university degree was awarded by a Spanish university, the mobility route you indicate in the selection process must not include the University of Granada or the University of Oviedo. Please see pages 110-115 of the new Erasmus+ Programme Guide available HERE .
